Elevation Recruitment Group are currently working with a rapidly expanding construction company who are looking to appointment a Project Manager.

This is an excellent opportunity to join an expanding team with a business who deliver a wide variety of projects for major Tier 1 contractors. 

The Project Manager will be responsible for: 

  • Managing turnkey projects from start through to delivery
  • Ensuring projects are delivered on time, budget and the required standard
  • Supervising and controlling enabling works
  • Occasional site management of works when required
  • Supporting and managing foreman, site supervisors and specialist subcontractors
  • Working closely with the commercial team to ensure relevant subcontract orders are competitive and controlled

The Project Manager will need: 

  • Previous experience of managing construction projects as either a project or contracts manager
  • Construction management experience
  • Experience of managing costs and budgets
  • Excellent team management and communication skills
  • Experience of working to deadlines
  • Customer facing experience
  • A willingness to travel in the UK 2-3 days a week
