Elevation Recruitment Group are currently working with a rapidly expanding construction company who are looking to appointment a Project Manager.
This is an excellent opportunity to join an expanding team with a business who deliver a wide variety of projects for major Tier 1 contractors.Â
The Project Manager will be responsible for:Â
- Managing turnkey projects from start through to delivery
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time, budget and the required standard
- Supervising and controlling enabling works
- Occasional site management of works when required
- Supporting and managing foreman, site supervisors and specialist subcontractors
- Working closely with the commercial team to ensure relevant subcontract orders are competitive and controlled
The Project Manager will need:Â
- Previous experience of managing construction projects as either a project or contracts manager
- Construction management experience
- Experience of managing costs and budgets
- Excellent team management and communication skills
- Experience of working to deadlines
- Customer facing experience
- A willingness to travel in the UK 2-3 days a week
