Key Responsibilities of a Creative Graduate:
- Deliver engaging and creative learning activities to inspire and support students in their academic progress.
- Use innovative and artistic approaches to make lessons interactive and enjoyable.
- Work closely with teachers and SENCOs to adapt learning techniques to meet individual student needs.
- Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment, helping students build confidence and motivation.
- Support students with additional learning needs, ensuring inclusivity in all learning activities.
- Assist in creating learning resources and visual aids that enhance student engagement.
The Ideal Creative Graduate Will Have:
- A degree in a creative field (e.g., Drama, Art, Music, Media, English, Education, or related disciplines).
- A passion for working with children and a desire to make learning exciting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, teachers, and parents.
- Patience, empathy, and a positive, can-do attitude.
- A creative mindset and the ability to bring fresh ideas into the classroom.
