So, whats the role?
Were looking for Customer Relationship Officers who will be the first point of contact to clients who have purchased our fantastic education-specific software products, helping them with any queries they have and offering full operational support.
Some of the main responsibilities of our Customer Relationship Officers are:
- Being the consistent point of contact for any product/software queries that our clients will have (youll be fully trained on our software so youll know what youre talking about!)
- Regular interaction with clients to ensure they're getting the best use out of our products
- Taking ownership of your clients queries and any niggles, ensuring that you can find a solution and exceed their expectations

- Previous experience in a customer/client focussed environment -Youll get a real buzz for genuinely wanting to help our customers.

- A genuine commitment to outstanding customer service and resolution.
- The ability to use a variety of systems and MS packages such as excel.

This role is based at our fab Head Office at Calder Grove, Wakefield, but this is a hybrid role, so you can expect to work a couple of days a week at home too.
