Customer Service

Our client is a leading provider of specialist products for a wide range of industries, including construction, events, utilities, and offshore oil and gas. They operate across multiple locations in the UK, supporting businesses with tailored, flexible solutions.

Working as a key member of the Customer Service team you’ll be dedicated to ensuring a seamless experience. Your responsibilities will include managing key accounts, processing rental orders, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional, customer-focused service to both general orders and key accounts.
  • Accurately process detailed documentation to reduce account queries.
  • Coordinate with the Transport Department for necessary item movements.
  • Answer incoming calls promptly and resolve customer inquiries quickly and efficiently.
  • Generate and post invoices daily

  • An effective communicator with a proven background in customer service
  • Flexibility to work shift patterns between 7am to 7pm
  • Ability to thrive under pressure
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
