£12.60 per hour (£26,208 pa) - Overtive avaialble (£18.90)
Hours of work: training 9:00-4:30pm (after training between 7:00am-7:00pm)
Location: Wakefield WF1
- You will be required to undergo various high level security checks/clearances.
- You need to be able to provide proof of work in UK for last 5 years - to be eligeable

Key Accountabilities
- Develops an understanding of customer’s query and service requirements to enable the delivery of a first class service.
- Log all the details of the call when resolving routine customer enquiries ensuring processes/systems are followed.
- Listening to and understanding basic customer problems asking relevant questions to resolve typically known problems within required timescales.
- Escalates issues as necessary to deliver required service level and meet or exceed customer expectation
- To be a team player and be viewed by colleagues as a helpful and effective member of the team.

- Previous Customer services experience
