Milk Education are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teaching Assistant to join a primary school in Wakefield. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting teachers and helping students reach their full potential. Teaching Assistant key responsibilities:

  • Assist the classroom teacher in delivering lessons, providing one-on-one support to students or small groups.

  • Help with classroom management and behaviour support.
  • Provide additional support to students with special educational needs.
  • Participate in planning and preparing instructional materials.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience working with primary school students.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
