Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the preparation and review of financial statements and management accounts
- Managing a portfolio of clients, ranging from SMEs to larger corporations, acting as their main point of contact
- Providing business advisory services and supporting clients with strategic planning
- Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of accountants
- Ensuring compliance with UK accounting and tax regulations
Skills & Experience:
- ACA/ACCA qualified or QBE
- At least five years' experience working within a UK Practice environment
- Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards and tax regulations
- Proven leadership skills and experience managing a team
- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
