Role OverviewAs a Commercial Account Handler, you'll work closely with Account Executives to manage client relationships, process renewals and adjustments, and liaise with insurers to secure the best terms.
Key Responsibilities- Handle policy renewals, mid-term adjustments, and general queries
- Provide exceptional client service and support
- Liaise with insurers to negotiate competitive terms
- Assist with claims handling and administrative tasks
- Experience in insurance broking (commercial or personal lines) is essential
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Cert CII qualification (or a willingness to work towards it)
