NJR Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting for a well established financial planning firm who is seeking a highly organised and personable Appointment Booker to join their team in Wakefield. You will play a vital role in serving existing clients and driving new business by proactively scheduling qualified appointments with the Financial Advising team.

- Shifts include 9am-5pm and 12pm-8pm and will be a mix of these during the week

- Schedule Appointments: Work collaboratively with the Financial Advisers to schedule appointments that fit their availability and align with client needs.
- Confirmation & Rescheduling: Confirm appointments with clients promptly and professionally, handling any rescheduling requests efficiently.
- Calendar Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date appointment calendars for the Financial Advisers, ensuring smooth scheduling and efficient use of their time.
- Client Communication: Deliver outstanding customer service by answering phone calls and emails promptly, addressing client enquiries with courtesy and professionalism.
- Knowledge Development: Actively learn about the Clients services to effectively communicate with clients and manage their queries.
- Data & Reporting: Maintain accurate records and generate reports as required to support the Appointment Booking function.
What we need from you?
- Previous experience in a phone based customer service role, ideally in financial services or other professional services, is essential
- Have a confident and professional phone manner
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly organised and detail-oriented, with a strong ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Can thrive in a fast-paced environment and work independently with a strong focus on accuracy.
- Possesses a strong aptitude for technology and thrives in environments with evolving systems.
