Are you a Bid Manager or similar looking for an autonomous management position within a nationwide healthcare group, who give you the opportunity to make a difference in the community by delivering an essential service, offer you the ability to progress into senior positions and the flexibility to work on a hybrid basis?

On offer is the opportunity to join an essential healthcare manufacturer who cover the whole of the UK, they specialise in the supply of stairlifts, patient handling and mobility products for the NHS, care homes and private domestic clients. They are looking to grow their existing customer base across the country by winning business and driving performance through the bidding process.

This varied and autonomous role will see you responsible for developing and delivering winning tenders, produce high quality written proposals, hit business deadlines and drive process improvements and overseeing the team to ensure productivities as well as post-bid analysis of wins and losses. This role requires drive, commitment and hunger to help produce results and grow the commercial arm of the company.

This role would suit a Bid Manager or similar, looking for a senior management position, with a nationwide company who provide an essential service, giving you opportunities to progress, lead a function and full autonomy to make the role your own.

The Role:

  • Lead team to help develop and win tenders
  • Develop and influence bid process to drive performance
  • Produce high quality written proposals
  • Analyse bid outcomes to enable future decisions
  • Monday - Friday (37.5 hour week), hybrid position.

  • Bid Manager or similar
  • Looking for progression and autonomy
  • Background in Social or Healthcare, or similar
