Key Responsibilities:- Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the KS1 or KS2 curriculum
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment to support all pupils
- Assess, track, and report on student progress to ensure continued development
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and support staff to enhance learning experiences
- Implement effective classroom management strategies to maintain a structured and supportive setting
- Encourage students' confidence, independence, and love for learning
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching in KS1 or KS2 (preferred but not essential)
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- A creative and adaptable approach to teaching
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
- Ability to work well within a team and contribute to the school community
