This is a fantastic opportunity to join the Land and New Homes department of a highly respected company, known for its commitment to excellence and innovation in the property market.

Located on a brand-new development site in Wakefield, youll have the chance to showcase your passion for property, paired with your natural flair for sales, all while helping the company exceed its targets.

This isnt any bog-standard New Homes Sales Advisor role, you will not only be at the heart of transforming buyers dreams into reality by selling them their dream property, you will also get involved in providing an exceptional service to potential landlords looking to expand their portfolio through BTL.

The package

  • Thursday Monday, 10:00 16:00 (30 hours per week)
  • Up to £27,500 basic salary per annum (DOE)
  • £37,250 OTE

The New Homes Sales Advisor role

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and engaging sales experiences
  • Proactively sell and let new homes by following leads and booking appointments
  • Negotiate to meet sales and letting targets
  • Ensure buyers are financially qualified and comply with anti-money laundering regulations
  • Collaborate with the team to develop strategies to drive site visits
  • Coordinate with solicitors and mortgage advisors to meet target exchange and completion dates
  • Efficiently process sales and contracts from reservation to completion
  • Maintain CRM systems and provide weekly updates
  • Guide customers through specifications and ensure smooth purchase and handover
  • Communicate a consistent brand message and maintain the marketing suites presentation
  • Gather and analyse market research for sales management

The person

  • Previous experience of working in New Homes sales or in residential sales or lettings (desirable)
  • A natural communicator with a passion for helping people find their dream home
  • Driven, organised, and able to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Strong negotiation skills and a customer-first mindset
