At Inwood House, we cater to up to 50 residents, providing a warm, family-like atmosphere where currently 31 individuals call home. Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional, personalised care, with a focus on dementia and residential support. We also offer short-term respite and rehabilitation services, ensuring a comprehensive care experience.

The home boasts several communal lounges, a charming on-site café, a professional hairdressing salon, a spacious dining room, and a sun-drenched room. These spaces are designed for relaxation and enjoyment, overlooking the splendid views of our gardens. Inwood House is a hive of activity - we offer an array of social opportunities, from engaging craft sessions to karaoke, arts, bingo, and our popular "knit & natter" gatherings, not to mention "fish and chip Fridays"!

Role Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate handovers from night senior staff.
  • Delegate tasks to care staff for the day.
  • Manage medication administration.
  • Provide leadership and support to the care team.
  • Assist with meal times & day to day care duties.
  • Liaise with healthcare professionals and family members
  • Maintain knowledge of care plans
