As a Deputy HR Services Manager, you will be responsible for the direct line management of 4 HR Administrators as well as delivering on key HR projects and process improvement initiatives within the HR Services team. Whilst reporting into the HR Services Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Management of teams performance in line with agreed SLA’s
- Ensuring all HR Services / Recruitment admin tasks are completed effectively and efficiently
- Management of the full employee lifecycle
- Providing guidance and training as needed on Oracle processes and procedures
- Completes regular audits to capture data inaccuracies
- Providing stakeholders with relevant feedback, ensuring corrections are made and outputs are tracked
- Assist and support key HR projects where required for example; pay negotiations, bonus payments,
- Identify and champion HR continuous improvement initiatives
The ideal Deputy HR Services Manager will have:
- Previous experience within a shared-services environment
- Ability to plan and prioritise own workload, working to tight timescales
- Knowledge of Policies, Processes, Terms & Conditions & GDPR
