Description
- Develop and implement strategic HR plans in line with the organisation's goals.
- Part of the Senior Leadership Team.
- Oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Champion a positive and inclusive work culture.
- Provide guidance and support to the HR team.
- Collaborate with other department heads to align HR policies with business goals.
- Manage the annual HR budget.
- Implement effective training and development programs.
Profile
We are seeking an inspirational and proactive HR leader who has the following:
- Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role, ideally within education or a similarly complex, multi-site organisation.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law, HR best practices, and strategic workforce planning.
- CIPD Level 7 qualification (or equivalent leadership experience).
- Experience in culture change, employee engagement, and organisational development.
- Demonstrable success in managing complex HR projects, change management, and restructuring initiatives.
- A collaborative and people-first approach, with the ability to influence and engage at all levels.
- A passion for working at an organisation with a strong social-purpose.
Job Offer
- An attractive salary between £59,000 - £65,000, dependent on experience.
- Generous holiday leave.
- Option for the role to be Term-time only (+15) or full time.
