- Managing a Team of 8 people you will lead all HR Operations.
- Managing the employee life cycle.
- Overseeing Reward, systems, processes and managing 3 HR administrator
- Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Supporting current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
- Reporting to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
- Ensuring legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Profile
A successful HR Operations Manager should have:
- Proven working experience in HR or related field.
- Previously managed and developed a team.
