The Role
As the Head of Recruitment/Senior Recruitment Manager, youll be stepping into a pivotal leadership role, reporting directly to the CEO, who is ready to take a step back and entrust you with key operational responsibilities. Key responsibilities include:

  • Permanent Revenue Growth: Develop and execute strategies to grow the permanent recruitment arm of the business, leveraging the strong temporary solutions brand and existing client base.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with loyal clients, connecting them with bespoke recruitment solutions and ensuring their continued trust in the services.
  • Team Leadership: Work closely with a talented recruitment team, who will provide you with warm leads and support, to ensure smooth and effective operations.
  • Time Management: Take ownership of your schedule, balancing client engagement, team management, and strategic planning.
  • Leveraging the Existing Business: Tap into the established networks, client relationships, and market presence to drive new opportunities and growth.
