Elevation Recruitment Group are excited to be working with a global manufacturing company who are looking to appoint a HR Advisor at their Wakefield siteon a full time, permanent basis.

As a HR Advisor you will be reporting directly into the Head of HR and play a pivotal role in supporting in the day to day running of the HR function. 

As a HR Advisor, your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting with the full employee life-cycle including offer letters, contracts, changes to terms & conditions 
  • Employee Relations Case Management 
  • Coaching and guiding managers on disciplinaries, grievances and investigations 
  • Leading on absence management and recruitment reporting 
  • Supporting the talent acquisition team with the recruitment process 
  • Project work; developing policies and procedures 
  • Amendments to contractual & personal details in line with HR policies, systems, processes and any service level agreements
