We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established firm in Wakefield that is seeking a dedicated professional to join their team.

The Role:

As a Investment Manager, you will provide essential support, ensuring the smooth running of client accounts and assisting with financial planning processes. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing reports and documentation for client meetings
  • Administering Shares transactions
  • Processing new business applications and policy administration
  • Liaising with clients, providers, and advisers to manage queries
  • Maintaining accurate records and compliance with FCA regulations
  • Supporting advisers with research and financial planning tasks

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience in a financial planning, share dealing or IFA administration role
  • Strong knowledge of financial products, including pensions and investments
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Experience with financial software and CRM systems (desirable)
