Residential Property Conveyancer/Executive
Location: Leeds Office

Are you a skilled Residential Property Conveyancer with a passion for delivering exceptional client service? We're looking for a proactive and experienced professional to join our Leeds team and manage a diverse caseload of sale and purchase transactions from start to finish. If you have extensive experience with freehold and leasehold matters, enjoy working independently, and excel in building strong client relationships, this role could be your next career move!

What You'll Do:

  • Handle all aspects of conveyancing from initial client instructions through to completion, ensuring a smooth and efficient process
  • Provide expert advice, prepare file documentation, and manage billing and financial aspects of each case
  • Support and, when required, supervise team members, while staying current with legal knowledge and best practices

About You:

  • A detail-oriented and client-focused professional with 2+ years of conveyancing experience
  • Skilled at explaining complex legal issues in a straightforward, customer-friendly way
  • Capable of managing a busy caseload, prioritizing tasks, and working accurately under pressure
  • A strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills, and a 'can-do' attitude

Key Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Windows, Word, and Excel
  • Solid knowledge of conveyancing procedures and Solicitors Code of Conduct
  • Ability to build a solid client base and uphold the professional image of our firm
