Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Property Litigation Locum to join one of our distinguished clients in Wakefield for an initial period of 3 months, with strong likelihood of extension.

The successful candidate will be available to attend the office on a hybrid basis, whilst both full and part-time applicants will be considered.  

In this role, you will be responsible for handling a wide array of property litigation matters, including landlord and tenant disputes, boundary issues, and possession claims. You will be expected to provide high-quality legal advice, prepare and review legal documents, and represent clients in court when necessary.

Hourly rate: Dependant on prior experience (outside IR35)
