The team handles complex, high-value cases, offering an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seriously injured claimants.Your Role as a Serious Injury Solicitor / Grade C LawyerWe are looking to recruit three Grade C Solicitors to join our growing serious injury team, specialising in medical negligence and personal injury. In this role, you will: * Manage a caseload of serious injury claims valued between £25,000 and £50,000, consisting of approximately 38 active files. * Provide expert legal advice to claimants while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction and care. * Collaborate closely with colleagues across the firm to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients. * Contribute to the ongoing development of the team's expertise and reputation. What We're Looking For* Qualified Solicitor or Lawyer with experience in serious injury, medical negligence, or personal injury claims. * Exceptional organisational and case management skills. * Strong client relationship abilities, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality service. * An ambitious, proactive approach to achieving results.
