Job Title - Legal Support Specialist - Personal InjurySalary - £23,000 - £27,000Location - Wakefield, West Yorkshire,Contract - Permanent, Full-time, hybrid work availableRole Overview & Daily Responsibilities:Support lead file handlers in managing and progressing serious injury cases. Prepare standard correspondence to move cases forward using the ProClaim case management system. Serve as the primary contact for Fee Earners, handling incoming calls and inquiries. Manage phone inquiries when possible, ensuring that detailed messages are relayed to the Fee Earner promptly. Collaborate with your line manager to achieve agreed KPIs on a monthly basis. Regularly update and maintain the case management system to ensure data accuracy. Ensure filing and information management processes are in line with the firm's standards. Schedule appointments for Fee Earners as required. Work with the Finance Department on matters related to disbursement payments, outstanding accounts, and related tasks. Assist with the smooth running of the firm by supporting other staff during busy periods, including document production, managing task lists, answering calls, and general administrative duties. Sort and organize incoming mail. Consistently meet performance targets within a goal-oriented environment.
