Fleet Manager£40,000 - £45,000 + Progression + Mon - Fri + Company BenefitsWakefieldAre you a Fleet Manager or similar, looking to take the next step in your career by joining a leading healthcare company who are in a period of significant growth, where you will be given full autonomy in a Head of Group position, have a major impact on the business and take full ownership of the group's fleet of vehicles?On offer is the opportunity to oversee a fleet of 250 vehicles for a company who provide an essential service within the healthcare sector, they manufacture, maintain and distribute patient handling equipment across the UK. They give you the opportunity to get involved with dynamic projects and offer full autonomy to make the role your own.In this autonomous role, you will be responsible for the management of all 250 fleet vehicles across the group. You will head up the purchasing / leasing of vehicles, maintenance scheduling and developing the future strategy by monitoring costs, reviewing compliance and making sure the fleet meets the needs of the business. This is a Monday to Friday - office based position.This role would suit a Fleet Manager or similar, looking to take on more responsibility as a Head of Group, looking after the full management and development of the companies fleet with full autonomy to do the role as you see fit.The Role:

  • Fleet Management of 250 Vehicles
  • Developing strategy, assessing performance, cost analysis and future planning
  • Reviewing Health and Safety and Compliance
  • Liaise with suppliers, drivers and customers
  • Monday to Friday (9AM5PM)

The Person:

  • Fleet Manager or similar
  • Looking for a Head of Group position
  • Commutable to Grange Moor, Wakefield
