- Salary up to £26,000 per annum
- Monday to Friday 09:00 - 1730 (hybrid 2 days home-working post probation)
- Permanent position

The role - Operations Administrator:
- Responsible for processing sales orders
- Communicate with vendors with regard to stock orders and plan time-scales and negotiate delivery where necessary
- Manage stock levels on the CRM system
- Liaise with purchasing to pre-order new stock for customer demand
- Check forecast orders to ensure stock levels
- Assist the design team with the build of new computers; creating material lists for customer specifications
- Market promotions; email campaigns
- Customer Services: assistance with inbound telephone calls as well as reviewing new customers for future trade

- Operations Administration experience - ESSENTIAL
- Order processing / sales order management - ESSENTIAL
- Purchasing / Stock Management CRM experience - DESIREABLE
- Excellent customer service skills - office based - ESSENTIAL
- CRM System & IT Literacy - ESSENTIAL
- Trade / Supplier / Supply Chain industry experience - DESIREABLE
- IT Industry knowledge - DESIREABLE
