An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a rapidly expanding FMCG based in West Yorkshire.Reporting into the Head of Supply Chain, working closely with the Operation and Sales teams, you will be responsible for the manufacturing plan of 2 sites who operate 24/7 operations with complex manufacturing processes. The plan will consider the forecast, current commercial issues, manufacturing capabilities, and stock levels.Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the plan prioritises customer requirements and product categorisation.
- Attend daily planning meetings.
- Measure success in maintaining stock availability at target levels.
- Measure manufacturing performance to plan.
- Control the creation of new products.
- Maintain MOQ, stock holding, and other measures in the ERP system.
- Attend Sales & Operational planning meetings.
- Measure and report forecast accuracy.
- Measure and report on customer service levels (OTIF).
Skills and Experience
- Strong ERP and Excel knowledge.
- Experience in forecasting and planning, with knowledge of manufacturing and customer service awareness in an FMCG environment.
- Strong Stakeholder management skills.
