About the Role:
This is a unique time to join Busy Bees as we launch our Bee Curious curriculum, designed to ignite curiosity and confidence in young learners. In this role you support the growth and development of not only our team but also our little ones! Our signle storey nursery holds up to 112 children and consists of multiple beautiful nursery rooms, all uniquley designed.
Plus, we’re thrilled to announce our new charity partnership with BBC Children in Need, with exciting opportunities for community involvement and fundraising to make a difference in children’s lives.
What We’re Looking For
- Qualifications: Full and relevant Level 3 or higher in Early Years
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years as a Nursery Manager or Assistant Manager
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills with a focus on high-quality childcare
