What Youll Do

Payroll Administration

  • Assist in preparing and processing payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant legislation.
  • Maintain and update employee payroll records, including new starters, leavers, and changes to employment terms.
  • Respond to payroll-related inquiries from employees and management in a timely and professional manner.

Accounts Support

  • Support the finance team with day-to-day accounting tasks, including invoice processing, reconciliations, and data entry.
  • Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and maintaining accurate records.
  • Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.

Compliance and Accuracy

  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, HMRC regulations, and other statutory requirements.
  • Perform regular checks and audits of payroll and accounting processes to ensure accuracy.

What Were Looking For

Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience in payroll processing and/or accounts administration.
  • Experience using payroll software and accounting systems, such as RedSky, would be desirable, but training will be provided.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive data with confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office software.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
