Permanent Opportunity - Regional Technical Manager - Yorkshire + Travel - Circa 68,000 + 5,000 Car Allowance + Bonus.
Are you a Technical Manager with experience of delivering hard services maintenance contracts on commercial contracts? This role will see you working for a Global FM services provider on a blue-chip commercial contract.

About your role
* Lead all planned and reactive maintenance across the contract being the first point of management contact with all technical aspects and queries.
* Manage contractual compliance from a technical standpoint across the contract
* Manage both in house and subcontractor teams
* Working with the internal and external stakeholders to ensure conformance to budget
* Working closely with the relevant stakeholders to deliver exceptional service levels
About you
* Technically qualified in Electrical or Mechanical engineering
* Experience of managing hard services maintenance contracts
* Experienced in managing both mobile teams and sub-contractors
* Commercially astute - quoting experience
* Accustomed to being the lead Technical contact on a contract
* Excellent H&S and compliance knowledge
* Outstanding stakeholder management skills both internally and externally
* Excellent levels of customer service and a proactive approach to managing any issues
Candidates with IOSH or NEBOSH are highly preferred.
This role is hybrid role based from West Yorkshire with National travel to sites.
You may have experience as one of the following: Technical Manager, Hard Services Manager, Maintenance Manager, Technical Services Manager, Regional Maintenance Manager, Senior Maintenance Manager.
