Client: Castlefield Recruitment are currently working with a Public Sector Organisation in South Yorkshire to recruit a Procurement Manager on a permanent term basis. A strong background in procurement, with procurement experience across of a variety of category areas, is required.The role offers a hybrid working policy; 3 days on-site, 2 days working from home. Role:•   Responsible for end-to-end procurement activities, while working collaboratively with the services. •   Actively communicating with stakeholders•   Proactive sourcing and market shaping activity•   Carrying out pre-market engagement •   Understanding a variety of routes to market
Individual:•   Public or Private sector experience is required •   CIPS qualified, or relevant experience•   A strong background in procurement, with a proactive mindset •   An innovative thinker, with the ability to hit the ground running Â
