Are you an organised and friendly individual looking for an exciting temporary opportunity? We are seeking a dynamic Receptionist/Administrator to join our key client based in Wakefield - immediate start.
Hours of work Monday to Friday 9.00Â a.m. - 5.00 p.m. (1 hour lunch)
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for their clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and assisting visitors
- Managing phone calls and emails
- Scheduling appointments and meetings
- Maintaining office supplies and equipment
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail
- Supporting various administrative tasks as needed
We are looking for someone who is:
- Highly organised and detail-oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent in communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Previous experience in a similar roleÂ
- Team player
