Field Service Engineer - Forklift Trucks
£28,000 - £37,000 Basic Salary + Overtime + Company Vehicle + Pension + Benefits +Door to Door Travel
Commutable to Wakefield (Regional Patch)
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced field service engineer to join a supplier of forklift trucks and other materials handling equipment.
Our client is well established who are looking for field service engineers to join their team.
Full company training and manufacture training provided.
Will look at engineers from transferable industries and sectors - For example Car Mechanics.
Role & Responsibilities:
* Service, maintenance and repairs of a wide range of materials handling equipment
* Travelling to new and existing customer sites, serving a wide variety of industries
* Carry out pre delivery inspections and occasional testing of equipment
* Diagnose faults and repair forklift trucks, powered access equipment, warehouse equipment and more.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
* Forklift engineering experience (highly desirable)
* Experience with LOLER inspections (desirable)
* Experience with Hydraulics (essential)
Benefits Package:
* £32,000-£37,000 basic salary
* Company Van and Fuel Card
* Overtime paid on top and Door to Door Travel 39 hour working week
