EYFS SEN Support

Daily rate- £85-£100

We are seeking a compassionate and empathetic individual to join our team as an EYFS SEN Support. The successful candidate will be working on a 1:1 basis with children in the nursery class supporting children with undiagnosed needs, providing tailored support to help them thrive in a nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support children with undiagnosed SEN in their daily activities.
  • Foster a caring and inclusive atmosphere to encourage participation and learning.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other staff to implement individualised support strategies.
  • Observe and record children's progress, providing feedback to the team.
  • Assist with the planning and delivery of engaging learning experiences.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with young children, particularly those with special educational needs.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with children.
  • A patient and understanding approach to support diverse learning needs.
  • Relevant qualifications or training in child development or special education are desirable.
  • Confident supporting children with SEN.
