EYFS SEN Support
Daily rate- £85-£100
We are seeking a compassionate and empathetic individual to join our team as an EYFS SEN Support. The successful candidate will be working on a 1:1 basis with children in the nursery class supporting children with undiagnosed needs, providing tailored support to help them thrive in a nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support children with undiagnosed SEN in their daily activities.
- Foster a caring and inclusive atmosphere to encourage participation and learning.
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff to implement individualised support strategies.
- Observe and record children's progress, providing feedback to the team.
- Assist with the planning and delivery of engaging learning experiences.
Requirements:
- Experience working with young children, particularly those with special educational needs.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with children.
- A patient and understanding approach to support diverse learning needs.
- Relevant qualifications or training in child development or special education are desirable.
- Confident supporting children with SEN.
