Schools in Wakefield need a compassionate, patient, and empathetic individual with a passion for supporting students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Hays Education are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to work in specialist ASD schools or SEN schools with pupils who have ASD in Wakefield. You will be working on a 1 to 1 basis or in small groups, providing tailored support to meet each student's unique needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support and understanding for students with ASD.
  • Implement behaviour management strategies to promote positive behaviour.
