Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Tig Welder to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of welding techniques, particularly in TIG welding, and be adept at working with various materials including sheet metal. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to fabricate and assemble components to meet precise specifications.

Duties

Perform TIG welding on various metals, ensuring high-quality welds that meet industry standards.
Fabricate components from sheet metal using hand tools and power tools.
Assemble parts and structures according to engineering drawings and specifications.
Conduct inspections of completed welds for quality assurance, identifying any defects or areas for improvement.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve welding processes.
Utilise basic maths skills for measuring and calculating material requirements accurately.

Requirements

Proven experience in TIG welding, with a strong portfolio of previous work.
