  • Looking after full team and giving guidance and support
  • Support and working alongside the registered manager.
  • Monitoring staff performance, supervisions and appraisals.
  • Ensuring support and care for each child.
  • Care plans and risk assessments.
  • Overseeing staff and children’s development
  • Ensuring safety of children in the home
  • Data protection and OFSTED audits.
  Qualifications and experience:
  • Level 4 NVQ working with children/young people (Management)
  • Experience working with Ofsted
  • 12 months experience managing a residential children’s home.
