Job Title: Post Room Assistant
Salary: £22,000 (Full-Time, Permanent, 35 hours)
Location: Liverpool City Centre (Office based)
Shifts: Flexibility to work between the hours of 9am and 8pm

We are looking for an energetic and reliable Post Room Assistant to join our dedicated team at our Liverpool City Centre office. As a Post Room Assistant, you’ll be responsible for managing our mailroom operations, ensuring that all incoming and outgoing mail is processed accurately and efficiently. Your work will play a crucial role in supporting our administrative and legal teams, keeping operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mail Management: Sort, distribute, and manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages, ensuring timely delivery and efficient handling.
- Data Entry: Accurately enter data related to mail tracking, client information, and other essential records into company systems.
- Coordination: Liaise with various departments to facilitate the smooth processing of all mailroom tasks and resolve any issues.
- Stock and Supplies: Monitor and maintain inventory of mailroom supplies, restocking as needed.
- General Mailroom Duties: Operate mailroom equipment, manage filing and organization of documents, and perform other general duties as required.
Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in a post room, mailroom, or administrative support role (preferred).
- Ability to work efficiently on your feet, with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Good communication skills and a positive approach to teamwork.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
