About the Role:

We are looking for an energetic and reliable Post Room Assistant to join our dedicated team at our Liverpool City Centre office. As a Post Room Assistant, you’ll be responsible for managing our mailroom operations, ensuring that all incoming and outgoing mail is processed accurately and efficiently. Your work will play a crucial role in supporting our administrative and legal teams, keeping operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mail Management: Sort, distribute, and manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages, ensuring timely delivery and efficient handling.
  • Data Entry: Accurately enter data related to mail tracking, client information, and other essential records into company systems.
  • Coordination: Liaise with various departments to facilitate the smooth processing of all mailroom tasks and resolve any issues.
  • Stock and Supplies: Monitor and maintain inventory of mailroom supplies, restocking as needed.
  • General Mailroom Duties: Operate mailroom equipment, manage filing and organization of documents, and perform other general duties as required.

Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience in a post room, mailroom, or administrative support role (preferred).
  • Ability to work efficiently on your feet, with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Good communication skills and a positive approach to teamwork.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
