Berry Recruitment are NOW hiring for a committed and experienced National Accounts Administrator to work for a family ran Manufacturing organisation in Wallingford, Oxfordshire.

This role is crucial within the sales department, providing comprehensive support to the Sales Manager in all aspects of sales order processing and related administrative tasks. Role: National Accounts Administrator

Salary: £38,000 Per Annum

Location: Wallingford, Oxfordshire

Hours: Monday - Friday - 08:00 - 16:30

Holiday Entitlement: 25 Days Annual Leave.

About the role:As National Accounts Administrator your duties will be:

  • Handling and organising sales orders, enquiries, and quotations efficiently.
  • Conducting routine checks on sales orders.
  • Overseeing departmental workflows and ensuring they remain current.
  • Advancing sales orders and coordinating with clients on product details, order specifics, delivery schedules, and special requests. Ensuring clear communication of product details to relevant internal teams.
  • Updating customer orders and data records using SAP and Sales Force.
  • Regularly engaging with clients to verify and finalise order details before production begins.
  • Building and nurturing client relationships.
  • Generating regular reports to support the sales activities.
  • Partnering with the Sales Manager to offer administrative support and participating in regular sales meetings.
  • Managing phone calls and general office tasks.
  • Assisting with trade show preparations as directed by leadership.
  • Creating and distributing sales and marketing materials as instructed.
  • Supporting management with administrative tasks and reporting.
  • Providing secretarial assistance to management as needed.
  • Performing basic accounting tasks and reviewing price lists as directed.
  • Potential for career advancement.

About you:

  • This role would suit a Sales Administrator or Customer Service Executive with outstanding attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Confident communicator at all levels
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Computer literate in all Microsoft products essential
  • Previous experience of working as a customer service/administrator in either a sales, manufacturing or production environment would be preferred, however due to the attention to detail required in this role.
