An excellent opportunity has arisen to work for our established client in Wallingford as an Operations Administrator on a 6-month, fixed term contract.
As the Operations Administrator, you will be responsible for:* Managing and maintaining sales reports.* Supporting the marketing team with website updates.* Ensuring all documents are accurate.* Assist in organising events.* Processing expenses and mileage claims.* Coordinate IT, phone and office supplies.* Providing front desk support when required.
The successful Operations Administrator will have the following related skills / experience:* Strong administration experience.* Highly organised with excellent communication skills.* Good IT skills, proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM systems.
