A friendly, successful business are seeking a part-time Credit Controller to work Monday to Friday, 25 hours per week, out of their office in Wallingford.
This role is a great opportunity for someone looking for reduced hours to fit around the school run or other commitments.
The role:
- • Collection of overdue payments
- • Maintain notes in the accounting system
- • Work on resolution of customer queries to facilitate payment
- • Send out overdue account statements and reminder letters
- • Responsibility for ledger maintenance
- • Assist in the issuing of weekly debt reports
The person:
- Previous experience in Credit Control
- Experience working within an Accounts team
- Excellent customer service skills
- Confident in chasing customers and handling enquiries
- Excellent IT skills
