An opportunity for an experienced Credit Controller to join a friendly, busy team at their Head Office based in Wallingford. Our client, a family run business with more than half a dozen sites across the UK, use a bespoke system to manage their client accounts. Working in a spacious office with free, on-site parking, you will be an integral part of the established Accounts team.
The Role:
- Chasing overdue accounts by phone, letter and email for designated depots
- Opening new accounts
- Run credit check reports on individuals, and companies
- Generating query list
- Process credit card payments
- Sending copy invoices as required
- Liaising with departments to resolve customer queries
- Proved assistance at month end
- Support wider accounts team on an ad hoc basis
What you will need:
- 2+ years experience in a Credit Control position
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Team player with a proactive attitude
- Strong attention to detail
