About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our dynamic team at a highly supportive primary school in Wallingford, Oxfordshire. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with class teachers and the SENCO to provide tailored support to children with additional needs, helping them to thrive both academically and socially.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting children with SEN on a one-to-one or small group basis.

About You

  • Hold a Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare qualification (essential).
  • Previous experience working with children with SEN is desirable but not essential.
  • A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach to supporting children with diverse needs.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
