JOB DESCRIPTION Job Title: Assistant to National Accounts Manager – Sutton - Office Based Salary: Year 1 base salary of £22,308 (based on zero commission but commission paid if earned) Year 2 on target salary expectations of £25k + uncapped commission Year 3 onwards £27-30k + uncapped commission Company Overview:

Job Overview: This role would suit a person with some sales experience looking to move into account management & career progression.

The position will be working alongside the National Account Manager (NAM), assisting & helping with all aspects of her role. In time following training the Assistant will play a pivotal role in driving sales and maintaining strong relationships with key clients in the 2-way radios industry. This position requires excellent communication skills with an outgoing, confident personality.

The NAM will be responsible for all training & the Assistant will shadow her and help support longterm partnerships with existing clients, along with being responsible for identifying, pursuing & negotiating new business opportunities. There will be the opportunity of promotion within the company. Learning & Development 1. Building relationships over the phone with prospective and active clients 2. Developing an understanding of clients’ immediate and long-term needs 3. Proposing tailored, cost effective solutions that deliver the right results 4. To provide customer support over the telephone 5. Maintain and develop ongoing customer relationships 6. Up sell to clients to include service agreements, equipment upgrades, annual maintenance visits 7. Research and source new leads 8. Liaising and negotiating with suppliers 9. Attend networking events as required 10. Radio communication training in-house & manufacturer’s premises 11. Encourage referrals 12. Maintain accurate data on the in-house CRM system 13. Product training Key Responsibilities 1. Read & action NAM’s inbox in her absence 2. Speak with & assist NAM’s clients in her absence 3. Assist NAM with quotations, appointment sheets & other documents & processes as required 4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, understanding their unique needs and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction 5. Develop strategies to achieve sales targets 6. Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for business expansion 7. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the market, presenting our products and services to potential clients 8. Conduct negotiations with clients to secure favourable terms and agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes
