Job Title: Solicitor or Legal Executive - Conveyancing Department

Salary: £35,000 - £60,000
We are seeking a qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEx) to join our Conveyancing Department. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of residential and commercial property transactions, providing expert legal services and advice.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Handle sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties.
- Manage re-mortgages and transfers of equity.
- Deal with new build purchases and shared ownership schemes.
- Conduct title checks and searches.
- Draft and review contracts and other legal documents.
- Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other parties involved in the conveyancing process.
- Provide clear and concise legal advice to clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEx) with experience in conveyancing.
- Proven experience in handling residential and commercial property transactions.
- Strong knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures.
- Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly and effectively.
- High level of professionalism and integrity.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
