Electrician

Belrose Group is seeking a skilled Electrician to join our team in the West London area. The ideal candidate will have experience in social housing, specifically in conducting inspections, testing, and remedial works on void properties. If you are a dedicated professional with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality, we would love to hear from you. Works include, inspection and testing for condition reporting of electrical installations, fault finding, CCU upgrades, partial rewires, reactive maintenance to void properties.

Qualifications required:

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrotechnical Installation or equivalent
• BS 7671 Wiring Regulations 18th Edition qualification
• Level 3 Inspection and Testing (2391 or equivalent)
• ECS Gold Card (preferred but not essential)

Day rate: 200.00 - 250.00
