CREDIT CONTROL ADMINSTRATOR - WALSALL - 28-30K - PERM
My client a succesful business based in Cheslyn Hay are looking to recruit a Credit Control Adminstrator/Sales Ledger. To ensure all customer are billed correctly and efficently. You will working closely with the customer support and commercial teams. Ideally you will have a Credit Control of sales ledger background.
Work with other team members to ensure:

Invoices are raised accurately and on a timely basis (SOP)

Cash is collected from customers by the due date

Monitor debtor account balances and chase for prompt payment

All queries from customers and colleagues are resolved efficiently and effectively

Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external customers throughout the month, with the ability to work flexibly through the month to deliver responsibilities
