A well-known construction business, based in Walsall are looking to expand their Accounts Payable team due increase of work volume. They need a switched on, ambitious AP Clerk who can process high volume increases, quickly and accurately. If you are looking for a new role, continue and apply!
Main Duties Include:
- Processing high volume invoices
- Verifying/Authorising invoices
- Maintaining Accounts Payable inbox
- Processing CIS Returns for subcontractors
- Processing weekly payment runs, expenses, Credit Card payments.
- Answering and resolving any queries
- Ensuring compliance with company process and procedures
- Other ad hoc duties
Ideal candidate:
- Minimum 2 to 3 years accounts payable experience
- AAT Qualified or ACCA/CIMA Part Qualified
- Knowledge of CIS Returns
- Experienced working in a fast-paced environment
- Experienced using SAGE/SAP or a similar software.
- Passion for Finance and AP
