A small care home on the outskirts of Walsall is currently looking to recruit a Learning Disability Service Manager.
Details of this Learning Disability Service Manager position and what the successful candidate will receive:
- 40 hours per week on day shifts only
- A competitive annual salary of circa 35,000
As a Deputy Manager will be responsible for overseeing, delivering and sustaining a specific residential service for adults with learning disabilities, mental health issues or personality disorder. In addition, you will work with the Regional Manager to provide support and assistance to other services as required.
Applicants for this Learning Disability Service Manager position will demonstrate the following experience, qualifications, skills and qualities:
- Have completed a recognised qualification in Management and be willing to undertake any appropriate training that is relevant to the role
- A strong leader with the strength of character and vision to implement lasting change and improvements
- Successful management experience and general awareness of regulatory requirements as required under the CQC
