This client of ours is absolutely thriving and is now keen to recruit an enthusiastic and incredibly motivated Sales Executive with a proven track record of generating sales and fostering relationships with existing and prospective customers.

Sales Executive Responsibilities:
- Cement existing relationships by successfully managing a number of accounts and maintaining regular contact
- Further account growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Reach out to warm leads to identify prospective business and generate sales
- Attend network events and trade shows to make introductions and generate interest
- Deliver an excellent customer journey by listening to their needs and recommending relevant products
- Successfully handle incoming queries and resolve issues
- Close sales and successfully process orders, ensuring all order details are accurate
- Update the CRM, accurately recording sales activity and customer communications
Sales Executive Skills and Experience:
- Previous sales experience, ideally gained in a business-to-business environment and happy to be client-facing
- Experience in selling luxury interiors would be an advantage
- Enjoys working towards sales targets and has a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
- Enthusiastic and driven, has a positive, can-do attitude
- Exceptional communication skills, confident building rapport and maintaining relationships with existing and prospective customers
- IT literate, experience of using a CRM system and Sage 200 would be advantageous
